7. Taco Plate
Two soft blue corn tortillas filled with cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce & choice of lean ground beef marinated in red chile or baked chicken drizzled with red chile, green chile or a side of salsa. Served with pinto beans & posole*.
8. Blue Corn Burritos
Two blue corn tortillas filled with pinto beans, cheddar cheese, onion, covered in red chile and baked. vegetarian
10. Enchilada and Taco Plate
One rolled, blue corn enchilada filled with cheddar cheese, onion and covered with red chile, One soft blue corn taco with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, & choice of lean ground beef marinated in red chile or baked chicken drizzled with red chile,green chile or a side of salsa . Served with pinto beans & posole*.
Charbroiled Steak and Enchilada
10 oz. of Ribeye or NY Strip cooked to your liking & a red chile, blue corn, cheese & onion enchilada. Served with Pinto beans & calabacitas.
Lemon Garlic Shrimp Entree
Twelve grilled lemon-garlic shrimp served with our Spanish rice, calabacitas and dipping sauce.
Fish Tacos
2 flour tortillas filled with sauteed fish of the day, cabbage, tropical pico de gallo (pineapple, tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime) Spanish rice.
Pollo Adobo
Tender pieces of chicken roasted in Shed red adobo marinade, garlic and oregano. Served with a blue corn cheese enchilada & pinto beans.
Grilled Chicken Breast and Enchilada
Marinated, charbroiled breast of chicken, green chile, cheese & onion enchilada & Spanish rice.
Chicken Enchilada Verde
Roasted chicken, white cheddar cheese, onion, rolled in two blue corn tortillas, baked with our roasted green chile sauce. Served with pinto beans & posole*.
Green Chile Burrito
Pinto beans, white cheddar cheese, onion, rolled in a large flour tortilla & covered with our roasted green chile. Served with Spanish rice. vegetarian
Huevos Rancheros and “Light Huevos”
Two fresh eggs to order served on two blue corn tortillas topped with cheddar cheese & red or green chile. Served with pinto beans & lettuce. “Light Huevos” as above except we use scrambled egg- whites & eliminate the cheese.
Keeping with The Shed’s tradition, all entrees are served with French garlic bread.
For those unaccustomed to eating chile, ours is spicy!
*Posole is made from Nixtamal (a hominy-like corn) and is stewed with lean pork, garlic & oregano.
